Carol's take quality ingredients and slowly simmer for many hours to produce a traditional and authentic range of stocks and bone broths. They take our time during the production process to ensure we produce the highest quality broths which are both nutrient dense and full of flavour. Making a good broth takes time and Carol's don't believe in taking any short cuts.
