For this Turkey, this will be the minimum weight. Eg; 5kg Turkey will be anywhere from 5.00 to 5.99kgs

6Kg (13-15lbs) - Serves 10
7Kg (15-17lbs) - Serves 12
8Kg (17-20lbs) - Serves 14
